My Journey
I’d love to share a bit about my background and how I came to pursue work as a Notary Public.
From a young age, I was drawn to entrepreneurship. At 16, I set my sights on building a business, and by 18, I was fortunate—and driven—enough to secure funding from two different banks. With that, I opened a used car dealership in California, which I successfully ran for over three years. As CEO, I often found myself needing notary services for vehicle transactions, which first introduced me to the value and importance of this profession.
After selling the dealership, I realized how much I enjoyed the operations and scale of running businesses. I launched a management company and spent the next three years overseeing two medical offices full-time for two physicians. Again, I saw first hand how essential notary services were, especially for patients handling legal or health documents.
Eventually, I sold that company for six figures, bought a home in Fair Oaks, CA, and invested in a few cars. Through it all, one thing stuck with me—no matter the industry, notary services were always in demand.
Today, I’ve decided to return to school to complete my bachelor's degree while I was interning at a local brokerage. Now I work full time at Gavrilov & Brooks Law Firm. I have a deep passion for learning and growth, and I see becoming a Notary Public as the beginning of yet another exciting and successful chapter.
